Phony Website Targets Disabled With Cheap Mobility Scooters

Wednesday NBCLA’s I-Team reported on a phony business website advertising mobility scooters at a significantly discounted price but never delivering the product to it’s customers. And as fast as that website disappeared, another has emerged pushing the same product and it appears to be just as fake as the first one, targeting elderly and disabled persons.
